Napoli is reportedly showing interest in signing Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus as a potential replacement for Victor Osimhen, according to Calciomercato.
Osimhen played a pivotal role in Napoli winning their first Serie A title in 33 years last season. He also finished as the top scorer in the league with 26 goals.
However, Osimhen’s future with Napoli has become uncertain due to a dispute related to a post on the club’s official TikTok account. Although his agent threatened to take legal action against Napoli, the club stated that no offense was intended, though no formal apology was issued.
This situation has increased the likelihood of Osimhen leaving Napoli in January, leading the club to explore potential replacements. Gabriel Jesus is among the options considered by Rudi Garcia’s side, along with Jonathan David from Lille and Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid.
