EPL: Man United players disgusted by how Ten Hag treated Ronaldo – Brazil

Former Manchester United star, Alan Brazil, has alleged that the club’s players are deeply unhappy with how manager Erik ten Hag handled Cristiano Ronaldo. It’s worth noting that Man United terminated Ronaldo’s contract last year following critical remarks he made about Ten Hag, the club, and some of its players during an interview with Piers Morgan.

Brazil also mentioned that the Red Devils players are not in favor of Ten Hag’s management and are privately disputing the Dutchman’s assessment of Jadon Sancho’s efforts in training.

Ten Hag has faced criticism due to Man United’s poor start to the season, with six losses in 11 games across all competitions. His public critique of Sancho’s training efforts after a 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in September also caused tension.

Brazil stated during his talkSPORT show on Wednesday:

“I heard from a United player who told someone we know very well that the players are not happy with the manager. They are definitely not happy with him. According to them, they are upset by how he treated Cristiano, and they believe Sancho is a hardworking and great guy. The players are not supportive of him.”
