Premier League champions Liverpool have launched their new 10-year kit partnership with Adidas in style, unveiling two of their 2025–26 kits for the first time during a major event at Anfield on Friday.

This marks the third time Liverpool have teamed up with the German sportswear giant, having previously worn Adidas kits from 1985 to 1996—an era in which they secured three First Division titles—and again from 2006 to 2012, a period that saw them win both the FA Cup and the League Cup.

The first home kit of this new era embraces a classic design, doing away with last season’s geometric pinstripes and yellow accents. Instead, it features a simple red jersey accented with clean white trim.

The shield-shaped white piping outlining the torso brings to mind the Warrior kit worn by Liverpool in the 2014–15 season, though it’s likely that the design takes greater inspiration from the more iconic Adidas home shirt of 2006–08.

The design of the 2025–26 away kit also takes a fairly traditional approach, with Adidas opting for a clean and understated white jersey, complemented by straightforward red and black accents.

There are some subtle design elements worth noting, such as the reimagined Liver Bird crest, which pays homage to the iconic eyebrow-shaped roof arch of Anfield’s Main Stand as it appeared in the early 1900s.

The iconic “97” Hillsborough flame emblem remains present on both of Liverpool’s first-team kits, now accompanied by a heartfelt tribute to the late the Diogo Jota . Supporters can choose to add a small decal of the Portuguese forward’s No. 20 to their replica shirts, with all proceeds directed to the LFC Foundation, which is set to launch a grassroots football initiative in Jota’s honor.

Both kits are scheduled to make their debut with the Liverpool men’s team in early August. The home strip will be worn first during back-to-back friendly matches against Athletic Club at Anfield, while the away kit will make its first appearance the following week in the Community Shield clash against Crystal Palace at Wembley.
